The Capacity for Disaster Reduction Initiative (CADRI) is a global partnership that provides countries – Governments and UN Country Teams - with a unique mechanism to mobilize and pool expertise to reduce disaster and climate risks across a range of socio-economic sectors.
CADRI capitalizes on the diversity and complementarity of its 20 member agencies’ expertise to help countries identify integrated solutions to reduce climate and disaster risk. CADRI delivers tailor-made capacity development services that support risk-informed planning and emergency preparedness across sectors.
